We've recently created an entire new support experience.
We've created useful help guides on our new Help Portal (https://help.magicwebdesigns.co.uk). You can simply search for your question and if we have a guide available, we'll display it. We're adding new guides each week based on searches you do, this way we can make sure were making guides that you would find helpful.
If you can't find your answer, or you need extra support there are multiple ways you can get in touch, one way is through the use of the Help Widget displayed at the bottom right of the Help Portal, or it's display in your Client Area. You can search your question there, and if our Bot cannot help you, simply click 'Get in touch' and it will give you the options available to you.
Currently, we support the following channels:
- Support ticket
- Phone (Plus customers only)
- Live chat (Plus customers only)
- Text/WhatsApp support coming soon!
You can create a support ticket either through the Help Widget, or by clicking here. We will then email confirming we've received your request, we will also email you whenever a support agent replies. You can also log into your Help Portal here and view all your requests.
